Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 14 May 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are not permitted on the Activsolar platform. It applies to every user of the Service and forms part of our Terms of Service.
1.General principles
You may use Activsolar for lawful purposes only and in a way that respects the rights, safety and dignity of others. You are responsible for the data you upload, the prompts you submit and the way you interpret and act on the outputs we return.
2.Prohibited content
- Unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening or hateful content.
- Content that sexually exploits minors or depicts non-consensual sexual activity.
- Content that infringes intellectual property, trade-secret or privacy rights of others.
- Personal data that you do not have a lawful basis to process.
- Malware, exploit code, or content designed to disrupt other systems.
3.Prohibited uses
- Reverse-engineering models, scraping inference outputs in bulk to train competing models, or circumventing rate limits.
- Using the Service to make safety- or life-critical decisions without independent human review.
- Generating content intended to deceive (deepfakes, impersonation, fraudulent product claims, fake compliance certificates).
- Sending spam, phishing or unsolicited bulk communications via integrations to the Service.
- Probing, scanning or testing the security of the Service without prior written permission. Coordinated disclosure is welcomed at [email protected].
4.Sustainability claims
Activsolar exists in part to make textile sustainability claims measurable. Using the Service to fabricate, exaggerate or greenwash claims about fiber content, recycled share or environmental impact is a material breach of this AUP.
5.Reporting abuse
If you believe the Service is being used in violation of this AUP, please report it to [email protected] with as much detail as possible. We investigate every report and respond within five business days.
6.Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action including warning the user, removing content, throttling access, suspending or terminating the account, and reporting to law-enforcement authorities where required. We will use proportionate measures and aim to give notice where doing so would not increase risk of harm.
7.Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material updates will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect, except where an immediate change is needed to address a security or legal risk.
