Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind the entity you represent. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised use.

The Service provides AI-powered textile tools including Fiber Vision, Loom Intelligence and Circular Sort, billed on a credit basis. We may add, change or discontinue features at any time. For material changes that reduce core functionality we will give 30 days' prior notice.

• One credit costs USD 0.10 unless otherwise stated.
• Monthly subscription credits roll over for 30 days; one-time credit packs do not expire.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard.
• Prices exclude VAT. EU B2B customers may qualify for reverse charge with a valid VAT ID.
• Late payments may suspend the Service after 14 days' written notice.

You agree to use the Service in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations.

Activsolar retains all rights to the Service, including models, software, designs and documentation. You retain all rights to the data and content you upload ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to process Customer Data solely to provide the Service to you. We never use Customer Data to train shared models without your written consent.

Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information with the same care it uses for its own confidential information, and at minimum reasonable care. Confidential information may only be disclosed when legally required, with prior notice when permitted.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be verified before being relied upon for safety-critical or regulatory decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits or lost data. Each party's aggregate liability under these Terms is capped at the fees paid by you to Activsolar in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms remain in force while you have an account. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of written notice. On termination we will provide 30 days for you to export your data, after which we may delete it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. The competent courts of Wrocław, Poland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that consumers may bring claims in the courts of their country of residence.
