What does one credit cover?+
One credit equals €0.10. The number of credits a job consumes depends on the product — for example, one Fiber Vision scan costs 5 credits, a Loom Intelligence report costs 20.
Do credits expire?+
No. Credits stay in your account until you spend them. Buy as many or as few as you need.
Is there a minimum purchase?+
Yes — the minimum first purchase is 50 credits (€5.00). After that you can top up in any amount.
Do you support invoicing?+
Every order is paid by SEPA or SWIFT bank transfer with a proper VAT invoice. Card and PayPal are coming soon.
