Cookie Policy
Last updated: 14 May 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Activsolar sp. z o.o. uses cookies and similar technologies on activsolar.app and within the Activsolar platform. It complements our Privacy Policy.
1.What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. Cookies allow the website to recognise your device on return visits, remember preferences, and measure how the site is used. We also use similar technologies such as localStorage and session storage; for simplicity we refer to all of them as "cookies".
2.Categories we use
- Strictly necessary. Required for the site to work — for example to keep you signed in or to remember your cookie choices. These cannot be turned off.
- Preferences. Remember choices like language and theme. Set only after you give consent.
- Analytics. Help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Set only after you give consent and aggregated where possible.
- Marketing. Currently we do not set marketing or advertising cookies. If this changes we will request consent and update this page.
3.Examples
| Name | Purpose | Category | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| activsolar_consent | Stores your cookie preferences | Necessary | 12 months |
| activsolar_session | Keeps you signed in to your account | Necessary | Session |
| _ts_analytics | Aggregated traffic statistics | Analytics | 13 months |
4.Managing your choices
You can change your preferences at any time from the cookie banner that appears on your first visit. You can also clear the activsolar_consent entry from your browser's site data to be asked again. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their settings; doing so may affect the functionality of the site.
5.Third parties
When you embed third-party content (for example a video or a map) that provider may set its own cookies. We list our processors in our Privacy Policy.
6.Updates
We will update this Cookie Policy whenever the cookies we use change materially. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
