Refund Policy

Every paid Activsolar plan — Try, Starter and Growth — is covered by a no-questions-asked money-back guarantee for 14 days from the date of your first charge on that plan. If the Service is not what you hoped for, just write to us and we will refund you in full.

Email [email protected] from the address associated with your Activsolar account. Include your invoice number and a short note. We aim to respond within one business day. We may briefly ask for feedback on what didn't work, but you are not required to provide a reason.

• The refund window is 14 days after the first payment on a given plan.
• The guarantee applies once per customer per plan tier.
• Refunds are not available where credits have been consumed in bulk specifically to abuse the guarantee, as determined in good faith.

If you paid by SEPA or SWIFT bank transfer, refunds are returned to the originating bank account in the original currency. Bank fees may apply for international transfers and will be borne by the receiving party.

When card and PayPal payments become available, refunds will be returned automatically to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your provider.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. After the 14-day window your access continues until the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate partial months.

Where you contract with us as a consumer (rather than as a business), you also benefit from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. By starting to use the Service before the 14 days have elapsed, you expressly consent to its provision and acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw once credits have been consumed.
